I was messing around on Google’s Api website when I found an interesting news bar. It only took me a couple of minutes to copy and paste it on people.emich.edu. Here is the link:

From here either pick the vertical or horizontal news bar, the click show code and copy and paste it on the server.
The news bar shows the top news on Apple, Google, and Microsoft. I have not tried to implement it on my website, so I have no idea how hard it would be.
